Mission statement
To enrich the lives of individuals in our community by promoting the fine arts for all ages;
and inspire the exploration of creative potential that exists inside every human being.

History:
The founder of Kaleidoscope school of Fine Art, Jill Funk, started sculpting
and painting in a little closet of her home in the 1960s. Her love for art blossomed and
quickly her friends and neighbors gathered together, inspiring one another to
explore their own personal creativity.

Vision:
In Barrington, Illinois, 30 years later, Kaleidoscope school of Fine Art was officially born
...established to develop the potential creativity of individuals who desire
to express themselves the vast array of artistic media.

Enrichment:
To enrich the lives of individuals in our community by promoting the fine arts for all ages;
professional teachers provide guidance to produce an environment encourages personal inspiration.

Inspiration:
Our goal is to inspire the exploration of creative potential that exists inside every human being.

Expression:
Within that personal exploration the student exercises the expression through a rainbow
of visual art methods hence name Kaleidoscope.

Fulfillment:
Art is an instrument of personal fulfillment . . . emotionally, psychologically,
and, surprisingly, even physically.

Confidence:
Art provides a sense of accomplishment which often triggers a confidence
that carries over into other areas of the person's life.

Conclusion:
Art is SOUL healthy!
